This is the second time staying at this hotel. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. We stay here when we go see the Pittsburgh Penguins. I love the location! You can walk to the stadium and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The rooms are way bigger than you might expect and are always clean and comfortable. The Heinz museum is located right across the street. This last time we stayed was the weekend right before St Patricks day and there was a huge parade we went to before the game, which was also within walking distance 😀 overall the stay was great and I will be booking this hotel again in the future.

The room was spacious, as pictured. The pool area seems small and quiet, we didn't manage to use it during our stay. The parking and breakfast was complementary. Free parking is a big plus because it's hard to find especially it's right by the hotel. Breakfast was very simple but it had the basics, they had tea and coffee 24hrs free at the reception area so that was nice. Quite crowded over the weekend but the hotel is big enough. Great location to get in and out, it's a short walked to The Terminal and surrounds. Overall it's a lovely stay, old hotel but comfortable and clean.

Wonder secure ground parking lot! Important as we were towing a vehicle. All of the desk personnel were great, but Holly was EXCEPTIONAL 😍 Our 2nd floor room was conveniently next to the guest laundry. The location was PERFECT! Tons of restaurants and attractions just blocks away in The Strip, The Terminal and Cultural districts.

Location was good for the purpose of my trip, which was attending a conference at the David Lawrence Convention Center. The room felt frugal but was super spacious. The breakfast was OK, at least it was free. Staff were always helpful.

The staff is so nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious! Absolutely loved everything about this hotel! Located in the heart of downtown, it is so close to everything! Well done Hampton Inn and Suites! We would very much enjoy visiting you again! Thank you!,😊

Free parking and comfy couch in the room (our reasons for selecting this hotel); free coffee and fruit in the lobby; comfy bed; consistent water pressure and temp in the shower; quiet room, couldn't hear any talking/tv from neighboring rooms; good location, 10 min walk east to the Strip District and 10 min walk west to downtown and PNC Park. Our room (suite 500) had exceptionally rare duel aspect windows, so great view. Breakfast food options were typical but fresh and tasty.

The location is great for the Strip District and downtown. Also love the option to in-and-out park, which is included with the room. Haven't found another downtown hotel that has that!

The room was very clean. Breakfast was really good. We were provided with scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, hot oatmeal and various cold choices also. There were also many hot and cold drinks available. Free parking is also a bonus.

Reasonable Hampton but starting to look a bit rough around the edges due to lack of maintenance in certain areas within rooms. Check in staff by far the most unprofessional I have ever encountered and display a complete lack of interest in customers. Breakfast below par for Hampton. The lack of room servicing other than for stays of 5 nights or longer is ridiculous and just a cost saving method using covid as an excuse.

It's probably one of the best stays I've ever had. Everything was super convenient, the amenities were outstanding, went for a swim on New years, had an amazing breakfast, enjoyed the free parking, and it had an EV charger for our rental. Best stay ever and the staff was more than accommodating.
